We are a small family practice clinic, privately owned and operated. We treat patients of all ages and treat most medical conditions. For your convience, we can access medical records from many outside organizations. We accept most insurances including but not limited to: Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, MHS, Humana, Caresouce, and HIP. We are however out of network with Parkview Signiture Care, Lutheran Preffered and PHP; these insurances sometimes have out of network benefits but you may want to check first.
